By accessing or using AppraisalIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AppraisalIQ is a SaaS platform that provides vehicle appraisal tools including diminished value, actual cash value, repair vs. total, and loss of use report generation for licensed appraisers and appraisal companies.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code
- Misrepresent appraisal reports as certified when not properly reviewed
- Exceed the user limits of your subscription plan
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Appraisal Reports
Reports generated through AppraisalIQ are tools to assist licensed appraisers. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or insurance advice. The appraiser is solely responsible for the accuracy and certification of all reports.
8. Limitation of Liability
AppraisalIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Account settings page.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
